Method

  1. Dress the fillets fishes with extra virgin olive oil. CooK in the oven for about 5 minutes at 180°.
  2. In a pan, toast the pine nuts with the anchovys fillets. Add the Caponata Vegetable Mix, salt and cook for about 8 minutes.
  3. Put the fillets fishes in a dish, with the Caponata Vegetable Mix and the leafs of basil.
