4 fish fillet (150 g)
500 g Caponata Vegetable Mix
60 g pine nut
4 anchovy fillet
6 leaf of basil
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt

Method

Dress the fillets fishes with extra virgin olive oil. CooK in the oven for about 5 minutes at 180°.
In a pan, toast the pine nuts with the anchovys fillets. Add the Caponata Vegetable Mix, salt and cook for about 8 minutes.
Put the fillets fishes in a dish, with the Caponata Vegetable Mix and the leafs of basil.
