320 g basmati rice
12 shelled and deveined prawns
1 tbs curry
2 thyme sprigs
300 g Orogel Condirè
extra virgin olive oil
salt
white pepper
Method
Cook the basmati rice in abundant salted water and let it cool.
Brown the prawns in a little oil, drizzle with white wine and add the curry.
Remove the prawns. put the Condirè in the pan, heat for 4 minutes and leave it to cool.
Season the basmati rice together with prawns and Condirè with thyme and dress with EVO. Garnish with a few basil leaves.
