Pearled Barley

Orogel pearled barley is a quick and practical product that lends itself to be used in both rustic and modern cuisine. Excellent in cold salads or soups with vegetables.

Directions

Ventilated oven

Put the frozen product onto a baking pan with a drizzle of oil in a preheated (150C) convection oven. Wait for the oven to reach the set temperature and bake for 8 minutes.

Cooking pan

Pour the frozen product in a non-stick pan with a drizzle of oil. Cook for 7 minutes over medium heat.

Steam oven

Put the frozen product onto a perforated pan in a steam oven at 98C. Wait for the oven to heat up to 98C and steam for 4 minutes.
