Partially cooked wholegrain cereals in varying proportions: SPELT, BARLEY, rice, OATS, WHEAT, water. May contain traces of MUSTARD.
Place the product on a baking tray without thawing. Then, put it in a hot convection oven at 150 °C. Wait for the temperature to rise again and cook for 7 minutes.
Pour the product in a non-stick pan without thawing. Add 100 cc. of water and a drizzle of extra-virgin olive oil. Cook for 7 minutes over medium heat keeping the lid on and stirring occasionally.
