Pearled Spelt

Pearl spelt is a basic ingredient, ready in no time in a steam oven or microwave. You can use it to create pokes, vegetarian dishes, and tasty pasta dishes. It is also ideal for enriching soups and vegetable purees.

Directions

Ventilated oven

Put the frozen product onto a baking pan with a drizzle of oil in a preheated (150C) convection oven. Wait for the oven to reach the set temperature and bake for 8 minutes. Use as desired.

Cooking pan

Pour the frozen product in a non-stick pan with a drizzle of oil, cover and cook for 7 minutes over medium heat. Use as desired.

Steam oven

Put the frozen product onto a perforated pan in a steam oven at 98C. Wait for the oven to heat up to 98C and steam for 4 minutes. Remove the product from the oven and use as desired.
