Spread the frozen product on a tray with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and place in the pre-heated ventilated oven at 220°C. Wait for the restoration of the temperature and cook for 15 minutes. Use as desired.
Prepare a portion of frozen product of 150 g, pour the product in a microwave-safe container, cover with lid and cook at 800 W for 3 minutes.
Spread the frozen product on a perforated tray and put in a steam oven at 98°C. Wait for the restoration of the temperature and cook 6 minutes. Remove from oven and use as desired.
