Put the frozen product onto a baking pan with a drizzle of oil in a preheated (210°C) convection oven. Wait for the oven to reach the set temperature and bake for 15 minutes. Use as desired.
Put the frozen product onto a perforated pan in a steam oven at 98C. Wait for the oven to heat up to 98C and steam for 6 minutes. Remove the product from the oven and use as desired.
