Potato Dices 12X12
Orogel potato dices are a handy serviceable product, as they are already cut into small dices and ready in a few minutes in the oven. They are ideal for fish salads, Russian salads, and also as topping for focaccias and savoury baked specialities.

Directions
Ventilated oven
Put the product onto a baking tray with a drizzle of olive oil in a preheated oven (180c) and bake for 8 minutes.
Cooking pan
Pour the frozen product in a non-stick pan with a drizzle of oil, cover and cook for 9 minutes over medium heat. Use as desired.
Steam oven
Put the frozen product onto a perforated pan in a pre-heated steam oven at 98C. Wait for the oven to heat up to 98C and steam for 5 minutes.
