Pour the frozen product into a pan with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and 1/2 liter of water, put the lid on and cook 20 minutes over medium heat. Use as desired.
Pour the frozen product in salted boiling water, wait until the water returns to boil and cook 18 minutes.
Spread the frozen product on a perforated tray and put in a steam oven at 98°C. Wait for the restoration of the temperature and cook 13 minutes. Remove from oven and use as desired.
