Virtù di Zuppa mountain soup with cereals, chestnuts and porcini mushrooms is ready in minutes, so you can offer your customers all the taste of a traditional dish. Perfect to be cooked and served in mason jars, for an amazing twist.

Pulses 26% (borlotti beans, red azuki beans*), water, partially cooked whole SPELT 18% (SPELT, water), pumpkin, black cabbage, chestnuts 5%, champignon mushrooms (Agaricus Bisporus), tomato purée, onions, carrots, CELERY, extra virgin olive oil, porcini mushrooms (Boletus edulis and related group), vegetable broth mix (salt, potato starch and maltodextrin, dehydrated vegetables: onions, carrots, CELERY, parsley, sunflower oil, spices: nutmeg, cloves; natural flavourings), salt, garlic. *ORIGIN: Non-EU red azuki beans; EU+non-EU porcini mushrooms.

Pour the frozen soup in a large enough pot and add 200 ml of water. Cover and cook over medium heat for 6 minutes from boiling, stirring occasionally.
