Battered Tricolor Veggie Mix

Spinach, courgettes, and carrots in a crispy cornmeal batter, which guarantees excellent cooking performances both in the deep fryer and in the convection oven. A perfect mix to be served as finger food with your aperitivo or at buffets.

Vegetables in varying proportion 53% (spinach, courgettes, carrots), corn flour, water, sunflower oil, WHEAT flour, salt, natural flavours. May contain traces of EGG, MILK and derivates, MUSTARD and SOY.

Directions

Ventilated oven

Put the product in a baking pan, without layering and thawing it. Bake in a hot convection oven at 190°C for about 15 minutes stirring occasionally, until it gets golden brown.

Fryer

Pour the product in boiling oil at 175°C without thawing. Deep-fry for 4 minutes until it gets golden brown and crispy. Strain accurately and dry it out with paper towels. Add salt to taste and serve.
