Battered Artichoke Wedges

All the flavour of artichokes in a crispy cornmeal batter: a recipe that guarantees excellent cooking performances both in the oven and fryer. Battered artichokes are perfect for all convivial moments, such as happy hours and banquets or for the aperitivo, where originality and toothsomeness are essential.

Artichokes 55%, cornmeal, water, sunflower oil, WHEAT flour, salt, natural flavourings. May contain traces of MUSTARD, EGG, SOY, MILK and derivatives.

Directions

Ventilated oven 15 minutes

Place the product on a baking tray without thawing nor layering it. Put it in a hot convection oven at 200°C and cook for 15 minutes. Turn it occasionally and cook until golden brown.

Fryer 6 minutes

Pour the product in boiling oil at 185°C without thawing. Deep-fry for 6 minutes until it gets golden brown and crispy. Drain accurately and pat dry. Add salt to taste and serve.
