Battered Potatoes with Rosemary

Taste and crunchiness: the perfect appetiser! Delicate potato sticks wrapped in a crispy rosemary batter.

Potatoes 60%, water, maize starch, sunflower seed oil, WHEAT flour, rosemary 0.6%, salt, natural flavouring. May contain traces of SOY, MUSTARD, EGG, MILK and products thereof.

Directions

Ventilated oven 12

Place the product on a baking tray with a drizzle of extra-virgin olive oil without thawing. Then, put it in a hot convection oven at 200°C. Wait for the temperature to rise again and cook for 12 minutes, turning the product halfway through the cooking. Take it out of the oven. Add some salt to taste and serve.

Fryer 4

Bring the temperature of oil up to 185°C. Pour the product into boiling oil without thawing it and deep-fry for 4 minutes. Drain and pat dry. Add salt to taste and serve.

Air fryer 12

Preheat the air fryer to 200°C. Place 500g deep-frozen product in the basket in a single layer and cook for 12 minutes turning the product once halfway through cooking. Add salt to taste and serve.
