Put the frozen product onto a baking pan with a drizzle of oil in a preheated (220°C) convection oven. Wait for the oven to reach the set temperature and bake for 10 minutes. Remove product from oven, season with salt and serve.
Pour the frozen product in boiling hot oil (175°C), fry for 4 minutes, until the chips become crispy and golden. Drain, pat dry, salt and serve
