Potato Croquettes

One of the must-have foods at buffets and with aperitivo: potato croquettes, fried or baked, are a practical and serviceable product. Thanks to their delicate breadcrumbs, they retain all their crispiness and goodness even when cooked in a convection oven.

Potatoes 75%, WHEAT flour, sunflower oil, dried potatoes, potato flakes, salt, WHEAT bran, modified WHEAT starch, stabiliser: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (E464), dextrose, brewer's yeast,  thickener: xanthan gum (E415), onion powder, white pepper, natural flavour.

Directions

Ventilated oven 12 minutes

Spread the frozen product on a perforated tray and put in a convection oven at 205°C. Wait for the restoration of the temperature and cook 12 minutes. Remove from oven and use as desired. If you want a more golden and crunchy product, we suggest you grease the croquettes well with oil before baking.

Fryer 6 minutes

Place the frozen product in pre-heated oil at 160°C and fry for 6 minutes or until the croquettes are golden and crispy, drain, pass on paper towels and serve. Do not overcook the product. Cook until lightly gold.
