150 g Orogel Ethnic Vegetable Mix
60 g basmati rice
80 ml water
half tablespoon of spicy curry
1 tablespoon of peanuts
mint leaves
extra virgin olive oil
salt
2 tablespoons of chickpeas
Method
Rinse basmati rice and put it into the jar.
Add water, curry and an abundant pinch of salt.
Then add the vegetables, the pre-cooked chickpeas and season with some salt and a drizzle of olive oil.
Put the lid on and microwave for 5 minutes at 600 Watts.
Before serving, add the peanuts and sprinkle some chopped mint leaves on top.
