Preheat the oven to 150°C. Place the product on a baking tray without thawing. Add 200g of water and 50g of extra-virgin olive oil. Put it in a hot convection oven at 150°C. Wait for the temperature to rise again and cook for 9/10 minutes.
Pour the product in a non-stick pan with a drizzle of extra-virgin olive oil without thawing. Add 200g of water and 50g of extra-virgin olive oil. Put the lid on and cook for 7 minutes.
Prepare a portion of frozen product of 250g: pour the product in a microwave-safe container, cover with lid and cook at 800 watt for 4 minutes.
