Pour the frozen product into a non-sticking pan with 250 ml of water and a little extra virgin olive oil. Cover with the lid and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes, stirring now and then. Salt to taste and use as desired.
Place the frozen product onto a perforated tray and steam oven at 98 °C. Wait for the temperature to heat up and cook for 8 minutes. Remove from the oven and use as desired.
