Pour the frozen product in a non-stick pan with a drizzle of olive oil and 1/2 glass of water, cover and cook for 15/16 minutes over medium heat. Use use as desired.
Place the frozen product on a perforated pan, put it in a steam oven at 98C, wait for the temperature to reach 98C and cook for 10 minutes. Remove the product from oven and use as desired.
