Tempura Vegetable Trio

Carrots, potatoes and courgettes wrapped in a fragrant and very light rice flour-based coating for a super crunchy effect and a delicate taste.

Vegetables in varying proportions 50% (potatoes, carrots, courgettes), water, rice flour, sunflower seed oil, maize starch, leavening agents: sodium pyrophosphate acid; sodium bicarbonate, vegetable fibre, natural flavouring. May contain traces of cereals containing GLUTEN, SOY, EGG, and MILK and products thereof.

Directions

Ventilated oven 13

Place the product on a baking tray without thawing, then put it in a hot convection oven at 200°C. Wait for the temperature to rise again and cook for 13 minutes, turning the product halfway through the cooking. Take it out of the oven. Add some salt to taste and serve.

Fryer 4

Bring the temperature of oil up to 185°C. Pour the product into boiling oil without thawing it and deep-fry for 4 minutes. Drain and pat dry, add some salt to taste and serve.

Air fryer 14

Preheat the air fryer to 200°C. Place 500g deep-frozen product in the basket in a single layer and cook for 14 minutes until golden brown, then turn the product once halfway through cooking. Add salt to taste and serve.
