Pre-fried Aubergine slices

Directions

Ventilated oven 7

Place the product on a baking tray without thawing. Then, put it in a hot convection oven at 170°C. Wait for the temperature to rise again and cook for 7 minutes. Use as desired.

Microwave 3

Pour 100g of product into a microwave-safe container without thawing. Close with a lid and microwave at 800 watts for 3 minutes. Season to taste and use as desired.
