Breaded Aubergine Rounds

Crispy in the oven as in the fryer, breaded aubergine rounds are serviceable and convenient, ideal for small kitchens that offer snacks, small catering or finger food with aperitivo. They are also perfect for buffets where large quantities are needed.

Aubergines 48%, corn flour, water, sunflower oil, WHEAT flour, WHEAT starch, salt, paprika, turmeric. May contain traces of MUSTARD, SOY, EGG and MILK and derivatives.

Directions

Ventilated oven 8 minutes

Spread the frozen product on a tray and place it in the pre-heated ventilated oven at 205°C. Wait for the restoration of the temperature and cook for 8 minutes. Remove from oven, add salt and use as desired.

Fryer 3 minutes

Pour the frozen product in hot oil at 180°C, fry for 3 minutes until it’s golden and crispy, drain, dry on kitchen paper. Add salt as desired and serve.
