Grilled aubergine and scamorza cheese bites: super crispy whether deep-fried or cooked in a convection oven. A perfect product for buffets, aperitivo and for all occasions when you need some tasty food to accompany drinks and beverages.

Grilled aubergines 42%, corn flour, sunflower seeds oil, borlotti beans, water, smoked Scamorza CHEESE 4% (MILK, salt, microbial rennet, lactic ferments), potatoes flakes, WHEAT flour, Grana Padano CHEESE (MILK, salt, rennet, preservative: EGG lysozyme), rice flour, parsley, salt, WHEAT starch, paprika, turmeric. May contain taces of: MUSTARD, SOY, CELERY, FISH, CRUSTACEANS, MOLLUSKS.

Directions

Ventilated oven 9 minutes

Place the frozen product onto a baking tray in pre-heated convection oven at 210 °C. Wait for the oven to heat up and cook for 9 minutes. Remove from the oven, add salt to taste and serve.

Fryer 4 minutes

Bring oil to the boil at 170 °C. Pour the frozen product and cook for 4 minutes, until gold and crunchy. Drain on kitchen paper. Add salt to taste and serve.
