Aubergine Dices 20X20
Already cleaned, washed, and cut into even dices, 20x20 aubergine dices are a highly serviceable product. Ideal for all preparations such as vegetable pasta sauces, side dishes or vegetarian main courses.

Directions
Ventilated oven
Put the frozen product onto a baking pan with a drizzle of oil in a preheated (160C) convection oven. Wait for the temperature to rise again and bake for 12 minutes. Use as desired.
Cooking pan
Pour the frozen product in a non-stick pan with a drizzle of oil, cover and cook for 14 minutes over medium heat. Use as desired.
