Falafel

Falafels are small patties (they come in a 10 g format) made from chickpeas and spices, with an aromatic and robust taste. They retain their crunchiness and fragrant texture whether cooked in a convection oven or in a deep fryer.

Chickpeas 72%, sunflower oil, modified corn starch, onion, chopped coriander, parsley, cumin powder, lemon juice concentrate, salt, garlic, raising agent: sodium bicarbonate; coriander powder, turmeric, chilli.
May contain traces of MILK and derivatives, CELERY, SOY, EGGS.
Produced in a facility that also processes broad beans.

Directions

Ventilated oven

Place the product in an oven pan lined with baking paper without thawing. Put it in a hot oven at 210 °C. Wait for the temperature to rise again and cook for 9 minutes.

Fryer

Bring the temperature of oil up to 175°C. Pour the product in boiling oil without thawing. Deep-fry for 4 minutes until it gets golden brown and crispy. Take it out of the deep-fryer and leave it to rest for 1 minute before serving.
