Organic deep-frozen spinach is one of the easiest side dishes to prepare: thanks to the handy portions, you can fill a gastronorm pan with 20 portions, even several pans, which can be prepared in the steam oven in no time at all.

Cooking pan

Pour the frozen product in a non-stick pan with a drizzle of oil. Cover and cook for 13 minutes over medium heat. Use as desired.

Pot

Pour the frozen product in salted boiling water, wait for water to boil and cook for 10 minutes, drain, gently squeeze and use as desired.

Steam oven

Put the frozen product onto a perforated pan in a steam oven at 98C. Wait for the oven to heat up to 98C and steam for 11 minutes. Remove the product from the oven and squeeze it gently. Use as desired.
