Directions

Cooking pan 12 minutes

Pour the frozen product into a pan with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and 250 ml of water, put the lid on and cook 12 minutes over medium heat. Use as desired.

Pot 7 minutes

Pour the frozen product in salted boiling water, wait until the water returns to a boil and cook 7 minutes. Drain and use as desired.

Microwave 4 minutes

Prepare a portion of frozen product of 125g, pour the product in a microwave-safe container, cover with lid and cook at 800 W for 4 minutes.

Steam oven 12 minutes

Spread the frozen product on a perforated tray and put in a steam oven at 98°C. Wait for the restoration of the temperature and cook 12 minutes. Remove from oven and use as desired.
