A delicious mix of eggplants, zucchinis, and cauliflower wrapped in a tasty cornmeal breading, crispy and light. An Ideal side dish and appetizer.

Vegetables in varying proportions 50% (courgettes, aubergines, cauliflowers), water, maize flour, sunflower seed oil, WHEAT flour, WHEAT starch, salt, paprika, turmeric. 
May contain traces of EGGS, MILK and products thereof, MUSTARD and SOY.

Directions

Ventilated oven 14 minutes

Arrange the frozen product in a single layer on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 210-220°C for 14 minutes. Turn the product halfway through the cooking.

Cooking pan 14 minutes

Arrange the product in one layer in a non-stick pan, and add a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil. Put the lid on and cook over medium heat for 8 minutes stirring occasionally. Remove the lid and cook for a further 5 minutes, stirring frequently until the vegetables are evenly golden brown.

Air fryer 12/14 minutes

Preheat the air fryer to 200°. Place the product in the basket without layering it to ensure good air circulation. Cook for 12/14 minutes until golden brown. Turn the vegetables once halfway through cooking.
