Arrange the frozen GRAN FRITTO on a tray in a single layer. Preheat oven to 220°C and bake for 16 minutes, until golden. For best results put the Gran Fritto on baking paper directly on the oven grill.
In a deep pan heat oil to 175°C. Pour the frozen GRANFRITTO in hot oil and fry for 4 minutes. For best results use 1/2 liter of oil and fry the bag content in two times.
Heat the oil in the fryer to 175°C, pour the frozen GRAN FRITTO and fry for 3-4 minutes. Drain well on kitchen paper and serve.
