Place the frozen plaice fillets in a tray lined with baking paper. Preheat oven to 220°C and bake for 11-12 minutes, flip them once delicately after the first 5-6 minutes
Put the frozen plaice fillets in a pan with a small amount of hot oil and cook for 6 minutes over medium heat, flip them delicately 2-3 times, until golden. Drain well on kitchen paper and serve.
