Spinach portions are a must-have for the catering industry: with its portions in a 2,500 bag, you can prepare around 20 portions of spinach in the steam oven, using a gastronorm pan. Spinach portions are ideal for side dishes, filled pasta and savoury pies.

Directions

Cooking pan

Pour the frozen product in a non-stick pan with a drizzle of EVO, cover and cook for 13 minutes over medium heat. Use as desired.

Pot

Pour the frozen product in salted boiling water, wait for water to boil and cook for 10 minutes, drain, gently squeeze and use as desired.

Steam oven

Put the frozen product onto a perforated pan in a steam oven at 98C. Wait for the oven to heat up to 98C and steam for 11 minutes. Remove from the oven and use as desired.
