Peperonata

A perfect mix of red and yellow bell peppers seasoned with onion, chopped tomatoes and herbs: a classic of Italian cuisine that can be served as a side dish or appetiser.

Red and yellow peppers 70%, chopped tomatoes, onion, water, extra virgin olive oil, salt, garlic.

Directions

Ventilated oven

Put the frozen product onto a baking pan with a drizzle of EVO in a preheated (160C) convection oven. Wait for the oven to reach the set temperature and bake for 10 minutes.

Cooking pan

Pour the frozen product in a non-stick pan with a drizzle of EVO, cover and cook for 9 minutes.
