Partially cooked quinoa 30% (quinoa*, water), courgettes, potatoes, carrots, linseeds 8%, peas, spinach, corn, sunflower oil, red onions, rice flour, chives, salt.

Directions

Ventilated oven 9 minutes

Spread the frozen product on a tray and place in the pre-heated ventilated oven at 190°C. Wait until the temperature reaches the setting and cook for 9 minutes. Remove from oven and serve.

Griddle 7 minutes

Heat the plate at 240°C, place the still frozen product, close the plate and cook for 7 minutes.
