Pour the frozen BROCCOLI in a pan with 1/2 glass of water,a pinch of salt and the desired seasoning. Cover and cook for 6 minutes. Uncover and cook for 6 more minutes, stirring occasionally.
Place the closed bag on a plate, with the back seal facing upwards. Put the plate in the microwave and cook for 7 minutes. After cooking, remove plate and bag from the microwave, and wait another 1-2 minutes before opening. Pour the Broccoli Florets into a bowl and use them as you prefer. If the microwave power is lower, cooking time should increase by 1 minute for every 100 Watt less. WARNING: do not open or pierce the bag before microwaving. The bag is very hot after cooking; touch it only at the edges.
