Pour the frozen LEGGEREZZA SOUP in a large enough pot and add 250 ml of water. Cover, bring to a boil and cook over medium heat for 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
To enhance the LEGGEREZZA SOUP flavor, pour a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle with pepper before serving. Try to season with aromatic herbs, if you don’t want to add fats to the dish.
