Pour the frozen MINESTRONE LEGGEREZZA in salted boiling water. Wait for water to boil and cook for 15 minutes. For a medium density Minestrone, use equal amounts of water and vegetables.
Pour the frozen MINESTRONE LEGGEREZZA in the cooker with water. Close and cook for 6 minutes from the whistle. For a medium density Minestrone use 400 g of water and 450 g of vegetables.
For a fresher taste add 1 or 2 tablespoons of Pesto to the Light Minestrone after cooking. For a richer and denser Minestrone add a handful of rice or pasta per person, after 5 minutes of cooking time. You can creatively use the vegetables in the MINESTRONE LEGGEREZZA to prepare a “primavera” risotto. Cook the vegetables of Light Minestrone with water and, after 10 minutes, add rice. When your risotto is ready, add also some grated Grana Padano cheese. You can use the vegetables to fill crepes, pancakes, or vegetarian Lasagna too. Pour the vegetables in a pan with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, add béchamel and grated Grana Padano cheese, cook over low heat and the filling is ready.
