Pour the frozen Verdure Campagnole in a non-stick pan with a tablespoon of extravirgin olive oil (or your favorite seasoning), 2 tablespoons of water and cook over medium heat for 4-5 minutes. Uncover and cook for 2-3 more minutes, stirring occasionally.
MICROWAVE 900W: MICROWAVEABLE BAG: Place the sealed bag on a microwave safe dish with back sealing facing up. Put it in the microwave oven and cook for 10 minutes 900W. After cooking remove the dish from the oven, wait 1-2 minutes before opening the bag. Pour the product in a container and use it as desired. Increase cooking time by 1 minute every 100 watt of lower power.
