Souffléed frittata with cheese and spinach

- 2 eggs
- 150 g Orogel Spinach Rich Taste
- 40 g Fontina (or Edam) cheese
- 1 tablespoon of grated Parmigiano
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- salt and pepper
Method
- Microwave Spinach Rich Taste following the instructions on the package.
- Beat the eggs with a fork in a bowl, then add some Parmigiano, milk and diced cheese. Add some salt and pepper.
- Then add the spinach and pour the mixture in an oven-proof dish after oiling it. Cook in a hot oven at 180 °C for 10 minutes.
