Arrange the LIGHT POTATOES in a single layer on a baking pan. Pre-heat oven to 220°c and bake for 16 minutes, until golden. For a better result arrange the potatoes on baking paper on the oven grill. Do not overcook, bake until golden.
Give the LIGHT POTATOES a twist! Add a few garlic cloves and sprinkle the potatoes with sage and rosemary before baking them.
