In a large enough pan, bring two fingers of water to a boil. Pour the frozen CATALOGNA CHICORY FOGLIA PIU’ portions and arrange them in a single layer. Wait for water to boil, cover and cook for 8 minutes. Drain the cooked vegetables thoroughly with a skimmer and season to taste.
