Chicken bites with grilled vegetables and thyme

Ingredients
- 1 box CREA TU Grilled Peppers, Courgettes, and Aubergines
- 450 chicken breast cut into large morsels
- 2 tsp of extra virgin olive oil
- 4 sprigs of thyme
- 60 g toasted almond fillets
Method
- Drizzle some oil into a frying pan and cook the chicken bites quickly over a very high heat. Add the CREA TU mix and continue cooking for 4 to 5 minutes keeping the lid on and stirring occasionally.
- Add the thyme leaves and the almond fillets, then finish cooking for another 2/3 minutes.
