Put the small cubes of Rainbow Swiss Chard in a non-stick pan with a tablespoon of water and one of extra virgin olive oil. Add a pinch of salt to taste. Cook over medium heat for 6 minutes keeping the lid on. Take the lid off and cook for another 2 minutes stirring occasionally.
Other ingredients, herbs or seasonings can be added to enrich Rainbow Swiss Chard, such as garlic, onions, tomatoes, olives, capers, or diced bacon. You can also use them to make a savoury pie or a frittata.
