Directions

Ventilated oven 20-25 minutes

Place the frozen codfish fillets on a baking tray with extra virgin olive oil, salt, aromatic herbs and bake them for 20-25 minutes at 200°C. Try them baked in a foil with cherry tomato halves, capers, olives and parsley.

Cooking pan 10 minutes

Pour the frozen codfish fillets in a pan with a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil, a pinch of salt and aromatic herbs to taste. Cover and cook for 10 minutes, flipping them once. You can also cook them in a tomato sauce.
