Pour the frozen product into a non-sticking pan with a little olive oil, cover with lid and let cook for 11 minutes over medium heat. Use as desired.
Place the frozen product onto a perforated baking tray and steam oven at 98 °C. Wait for the temperature to heat up and cook for 8 minutes. Remove from the oven and use as desired.
