Spread the frozen product on a perforated tray and put in a pre-heated oven at 170°C. Wait for the restoration of the temperature and cook 8 minutes. Remove from oven and use as desired.
Pour the frozen product in salted boiling water, wait until the water returns to boil and cook 3 minutes. Drain and use as desired.
Prepare a portion of frozen product of 125g, pour the product in a microwave-safe container, cover with lid and cook at 800 W for 3 minutes.
Spread the frozen product on a perforated tray and put in a steam oven at 98°C. Wait for the restoration of the temperature and cook 4 minutes. Remove from oven and use as desired.
