Tender edamame soy pods to be served with modern aperitivo, as sides to oriental dishes or to welcome your guests before dinner. They can be prepared in just a few minutes in the steam oven or microwaved.

Cooking pan

Pour the frozen product in a non-stick pan with a drizzle of olive oil, cover and cook for 9 minutes over medium heat and use as desired.

Steam oven

Place the frozen product in a perforated tray and steam in the oven at 98 °C. Wait for the temperature to heat up and let cook for 5 minutes. Remove from the oven and use ad desired.
