Pour the frozen Verdurì in a large enough pot and cook over medium heat for 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add croutons and grated cheese to enrich Verdurì. For an even more delicious dish add a handful of rice or pasta per person and a glass of water. Cook until done.
