Potato Slices

These thick-cut potato slices are perfect for plenty of recipes. Ready to steam in the oven in 5 minutes, they are ideal for vegetarian buffets or as a side dish for simple dishes.

Directions

Ventilated oven 13 minutes

Put the frozen product onto a baking pan with a drizzle of oil in a preheated (190C) convection oven. Wait for the oven to reach the set temperature and bake for 13 minutes. Use as desired.

Pot

Pour the frozen product in salted boiling water, wait for water to boil and cook for 10 minutes, drain, gently squeeze and use as desired.

Steam oven

Put the frozen product onto a perforated pan in a steam oven at 98C. Wait for the oven to heat up to 98C and steam for 5 minutes. Remove the product from the oven and use as desired.
