Pour the frozen product into a pan with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and 6 tablespoons of water, put the lid on and cook 16 minutes over medium heat. Use as desired.
Pour the frozen product in salted boiling water, wait until the water returns to a boil and cook 16 minutes. Drain and use as desired.
Prepare a portion of frozen product of 125g, pour the product in a microwave-safe container, cover with lid and cook at 800 W for 3 minutes.
Spread the frozen product on a perforated tray and put it in a steam oven at 98°C. Wait for the restoration of the temperature and cook 15 minutes. Remove from oven, drain and use as desired.
