Directions

Ventilated oven 9 minutes

Place the product in a baking pan without thawing, and put it in a hot convection oven at 180 °C. Wait for the temperature to rise again and cook for 9 minutes.

Griddle 5 minutes

Oil gently the deep-frozen vegetables with some extra virgin olive oil, then place them on a griddle at a very high temperature. Cook for 5 minutes and turn them halfway through the cooking.
